The firstborn of ARQUUS, the Scarab is a light armored vehicle, designed for reconnaissance, assistance with engagement, support, contact or depth. Developed in a very short time by a dedicated team of ARQUUS experts, the Scarabée was conceived in partnership with SMEs and
French start-ups (95% of French suppliers). With a very compact size, equivalent to that of the VB2L, the Scarab is air transportable (C130, Chinook, A400M). Able to fly, the Scarab is compatible with the LTCO12 platform. In this configuration, he can be ready to fight in 15 minutes, according to the requirements in force. It is capable of performing assault missions, with embedded personnel and weapons committed according to standards, allowing the securing of strategic points. It can thus ensure the taking of advanced positions, and the securing of tracks
landing, in front of airborne units. Thanks to its mobility, it can also guarantee the safety of the rear or sides.
