WWII Wehrmacht Infantry
The M36 uniform was the staple of Wehrmacht infantry in WWII, in field gray fabric with green collar. However, as the war continued and simpler designs were required, other uniforms became an increasingly common sight. Likewise, the style of boots was also to evolve. Soldiers carried such equipment as pouches, gas mask case, canteen, shovel and rounds; infantry were given the Kar98k rifle or an MG34/MG42 machine gun, and NCOs the MP40 submachine gun. NCOs and machine gunners also carried a pistol.

About the Model
This is a 1/48 scale plastic figure model assembly kit. Ten figures are included in this comprehensive set, including an NCO scanning the field, a machine gunner on the march, seated infantry and more. A wealth of accessories includes realistic depictions of Kar98k rifles, MG34 and MG42 machine guns, MP40 submachine guns and more. Can be used in conjunction with one of the many kits in the 1/48 Military Miniature Series to make a realistic diorama.
