To create a customer account?
For the customers outside European Union, it's better to create a customer account because when you are connected the prices display with the correct values without the taxe of the EU.
As long as you are not connected to your account, the prices are shown with the taxes of the European Union which are not due for the customers living except the European Union (- 20 %)
Invoicing
As we are based in France , our currency is the Euro. Invoice will be made in Euro and your credit card will be charged in Euro, then converted into the currency by your bank.
Payment
Website is just an interface and not a credit card machine connected to a bank. When you place one order with it, you just transfer information about the card under SSL protection.
Are all displayed items, in stock ?
Yes, but we are not infallible and he can arrive that we have an error of stock and in these conditions, we shall make every effort to resolve the problem very quickly.
In any case, if you want to know availability of items before placing an order, you can contact us, by sending your wish list.
I placed an order but have not received the email confirmation ?
When you place an order through the web shop, you should receive an order copy confirmation e-mail from our web server within more or less one hour. So you are sure that your order has been received in good conditions. If you don't, then you may have typed in your e-mail address incorrectly, or there could have been some other technical problem. In that case, please contact us.
How long will it take for my order to reach me ?
Here are general shipping time.
Don't forget that theese delivery times are estimated.
France - 24 to 48 hours.
European Union - 3 to 5 days.
Outside EU - 5 to 10 days.
Order had been shipped, but parcel is not yet arrived ?
Did you verify the tracking of your delivery with the number supplied in your confirmation of expedition?
Before you contact us about a missing package, please allow twice the maximum number of days shown on our shipping time. In the meantime, you may visit your local post office and see if your order is held. Often packages are held due to customs reasons, or because they won't fit in your mail box.
If you have waited for more than twice the maximum number of days and your package is still not there, please contact us.

My order arrived, but some of the items are missing ?
The item was not shipped because of backorder. Please double-check the invoice that you should have received in the parcel detailing exactly what was shipped to you. Small items (photo-etched parts sets, etc.) were put for shipping inside the box of another kit, or between pages of a magazine ( for better protection ). Please inspect your order carefully one more time. If you are convinced that we have made an error in your shipment, please contact us.
